Password Management for Firefox
To keep Firefox from remembering passwords:
- Open the Tools menu and click Options...
- Click the Privacy tab at the top and then click on the Passwords tab below
- Uncheck the box Remember Passwords
- Firefox should not offer to remember any more passwords.
To delete all existing remembered passwords from Firefox:
- Open the Tools menu and click Options...
- Click the Privacy tab at the top and then click on the Passwords tab below
- Click on the View Saved Passwords button
- You have the choice of either removing an individual password by clicking on a site and clicking on the Remove button, or you can delete them all at the same time by clicking on the Remove All button.
