Change View to Day

This shows you all the activities for the given day.

  1. Open the View menu
  2. Click Day
    • Alternate options include pressing Ctrl + D or pressing the Day button on the middle section of the toolbar below the "File Edit..." toolbar

Change View to Week

This shows you the given activities for the week. It looks a lot like the day view, except it isn't as wide and the tasks and daily notes will be at the bottom.

  1. Open the View menu
  2. Click Week
    • Alternate options include pressing F9 or pressing the Week button on the middle section of the toolbar below the "File Edit..." toolbar

Change View to Month

This will show you all meetings and day events you have scheduled for the given month. It will only show start times.

  1. Open the View menu
  2. Click Month
    • Alternate options include pressing F10 or pressing the Month button on the middle section of the toolbar below the "File Edit..." toolbar
    • Note: Viewing in Month mode will no longer allow you to see the end times of each event for a day.
