Attachments put a file with a meeting entry on the Calendar. It is useful to get everyone a meeting agenda, or an assignment sheet for a group project meeting.
Attaching a File
- Note: Know the location of the file before doing this. The assumption is that you have a create/edit event window open.
- Choose the Attachments tab
- Click Attach
- Navigate to the location of the file
- Click on the file
- Press Open at the bottom
Removing an Attachment
- Note: The assumption is that you have a create/edit event window open. This option is not available if you did not add the attachment.
- Choose the Attachments tab
- Click Remove
Saving an Attachment
- Note: This option is not available if you added the attachment. The assumption is that you have a create/edit event window open.
Back to the Calendar page
