Mail forwarding Unity/Eos account holders can have their e-mail forwarded to a different e-mail account. The request must come from the Unity e-mail account for which mail is to be forwarded, and must provide the full Internet address to which the e-mail is to be forwarded. Requests for mail forwarding should be sent to accounts@ncsu.edu. E-mail will be forwarded for four months for undergraduates. However, requests can be renewed every four months, as long as the student has a active Unity/Eos account.

Though not published, we generally set up grad students for a year at a time and faculty and staff for 3-5 years at a time. In addition, if someone is leaving the University, whether student, faculty, or staff, we set up the forwarding for four months and it is not generally renewable unless a University department sends us a faxed request on letterhead.
