I've used ATS in Cary for years and I'm always satisfied with their service. Their number is 462-3000.

ECE has used Computer Service Partners (www.cspinc.com) and also Digitz (www.digitzcomputers.com). Digitz is on Hillsborough St, and CSP is on Nowell Rd.
Price-wise they're pretty similar. I think they have $80-100 diagnostic fees, and hourly rates of $80.
