- Step by Step instructions to add our default new OU structure
- Security Cameras -- adding cameras, configuring cameras, capacity issues, + overview of the system

  - DFS -- structure, adding in links for OU Admins, replications, etc
  - SMS tie-in -- contacts in ITD, procedures to add/expand volumes from SMS space
- Backup Servers (veritas)
- Server Backups -- DCs, WSUS, SAV, Cameras, etc
- DRACs - who has them and how to use them.
- Virt Machines -- overview and usage suggestion, maintanance, etc.
- WSUS -- notification of new patches?; adding/downloading, approving, repealing?, etc.
- WDS -- everything you can think of. :-) -- adding images, slipstreaming patches, language packs, drivers, etc.
- Teaching Labs -- schedules/important dates; standardized/form emails; course groups; CardAccess procedures for adding/removing students/TAs/Faculty
- MSDNAA -- schedules/important dates; emails; adding software
