Calendar:Other Agenda

Sometimes you'll want to look at another person's agenda to see when they are busy or if they might be at a meeting or event you'll be at. There are many reasons you might have to look at someone else's agenda. To open another person's agenda:

1. Open the File menu
2. Choose Open
3. Click on Agenda...

4. In the text box type in the person's name
5. Click OK
