If the page you are on is your desired home page:

1. Open the Tools menu and click on Internet Options...
2. Click the Use Current button. Click OK at the bottom. Your Intenet Explorer should open up to your current webpage everytime.

If you know the URL of your desired webpage:

1. Open the Tools menu and click on Internet Options...
2. In the text box under the home page section, type in the URL and click OK at the bottom. Your Internet Explorer should open up to that webpage everytime it starts.

To change the home page to the default start page:

1. Open the Tools menu and click on Internet Options...
2. Click the Use Default button. Click OK at the bottom. Your Internet Explorer should open up to the default homepage everytime.
