If the page you are on is your desired home page:

1. Open the Tools menu and click on Internet Options...

2. Click the Use Current button
   • 
3. Click OK at the bottom
4. Your Intenet Explorer should open up to your current webpage everytime.

If you know the URL of your desired webpage:

1. Open the Tools menu and click on Internet Options...
   • 
2. In the text box under the home page section, type in the URL
   • 
3. Click OK at the bottom
4. Your Internet Explorer should open up to that webpage everytime it starts.

To change the home page to the default start page:

1. Open the Tools menu and click on Internet Options...
   • 
2. Click the Use Default button
   • 
3. Click OK at the bottom
4. Your Internet Explorer should open up to the default homepage everytime.
