"I am trying to run an RSOP report on the NCSU/COE/COEDEAN/SERVERS OU from my workstation and I'm getting messages stating the RSoP planning mode functionality is unavailable on all three domain controllers. How do I use RSOP?"

NOTE: Only OU Admins are authorized to use the RSOP service.
