Attachments put a file with a meeting entry on the Calendar. It is useful to get everyone a meeting agenda, or an assignment sheet for a group project meeting.

Attaching a File

  • Note: Know the location of the file before doing this. The assumption is that you have a create/edit event window open.
  1. Choose the Attachments tab
    • Oracle26.GIF
  2. Click Attach
  3. Navigate to the location of the file
    • Oracle27.GIF
  4. Click on the file
  5. Press Open at the bottom
    • Oracle28.GIF

Removing an Attachment

  • Note: The assumption is that you have a create/edit event window open. This option is not available if you did not add the attachment.
  1. Choose the Attachments tab
    • Oracle28.GIF
  2. Click Remove
    • Oracle29.GIF
    • Note: Once you click on remove, the attachment will disappear for good. Be completely sure you want to remove the attachment before you do it.

Saving an Attachment

  • Note: This option is not available if you added the attachment. The assumption is that you have a create/edit event window open.
  1. Choose the Attachments tab
  2. Click Save As...

  3. Save the file in its appropriate location
