If you've created a group, or are in one, and plan to schedule a group meeting or event, its often easier to look at the group agenda and find a time when people are free instead of using the Check Conflicts option when creating a meeting. To open a group agenda:
- Note: Know the group name and type before you do this.
- Open the File menu
- Choose Open
- Click on Group Agenda...
- Click the Groups tab
- Check the group's type and uncheck all the others
- In the window below, find the group name and click on it
- Click OK
- Click OK
