If you've created a group, or are in one, and plan to schedule a group meeting or event, its often easier to look at the group agenda and find a time when people are free instead of using the Check Conflicts option when creating a meeting. To open a group agenda:

  • Note: Know the group name and type before you do this.
  1. Open the File menu
  2. Choose Open
  3. Click on Group Agenda...

  4. Click the Groups tab
  5. Check the group's type and uncheck all the others
  6. In the window below, find the group name and click on it
  7. Click OK
