To keep Internet Explorer from remembering passwords, open the Tools menu and click Internet Options... Click on the Content tab at the top. Click on the AutoComplete... button and uncheck the Web Address and Forms boxes. Internet Explorer should no longer ask you for any passwords or autofill anything.

To delete any existing saved passwords, open the Tools menu and click Internet Options... Click on the Content tab at the top. Click on the AutoComplete... button and click the Clear Passwords button. Any existing passwords you had saved are now deleted.
