If the page you are on is your desired home page:

If you know the URL of your desired webpage:

Open the Tools menu and click on Options...
In the text box under the home page section, type in the URL and click OK at the bottom
Your Firefox should open up to that webpage everytime it starts

To change the home page to one of your bookmarks:
