Updating Tax Forms
Immediately after being hired, you will need to update your tax forms. These come in two varieties, the Federal W-4 and the North Carolina NC-4. If you point your browser to http://www2.ac.ncsu.edu/hr/w4form.html, and click the "Online Tax Withholding" link, you will be taken to page containing links for each form. Following the links will prompt for your login credentials, and you will be sent to the "Employee Submission of Tax Withholding Information" page. You are concerned with the last link in each of the two columns on the page. Follow these links and complete and submit the forms that appear.
