User:Rewood/Adding/Removing Programs in Windows 2000/XP

In order to add/remove programs from the domain on Windows 2000/XP you need to take the following steps: 1. First you need to click on the Start Button, Settings, and then Control Panel.

2. Next you need to double click on Add/Remove Programs icon.

3. In order to remove a program already installed on your system you need to highlight the program and click on the Change/Remove button.

4. In order to install/add a program to your system you need to click on the Add New Programs button. Then highlight the program you wish to install/add and click on the Add button. The program should begin installing now if for any reason you change your mind simply hit the cancel button.

5. After the installation or removal of a program you may be asked to restart your machine. Please do this as requested.
