If I'm not using the wireless connection, how can I turn it off to save battery life? IBM Hold down the "Fn" key while pressing "F5." This will bring up the wireless radio power settings menu. Next to each radio type (i.e. 802.11, Bluetooth), you can press a power button to enable or disable them. Dell Hold down the "Fn" key while pressing "F2." If an image of a radio antenna crossed out with red appears, you have just disabled it. If an image of a radio antenna with yellow circles appears, you've just enabled it.
