New Version
Microsoft will release new updates to its Windows operating systems this afternoon. In accordance with NC State's update policy, these updates will be approved for installation on the WOLFTECH domain computers this Thursday, May the 14th.
These updates will result in a reboot. Any user wishing to avoid the automatic reboot must manually install the updates and reboot their computer before the scheduled installation. Only computers that have not already installed the updates and rebooted will reboot.
The reboots will occur Thursday according the following schedule:
Research Computers: 3:00 PM Faculty Computers: 4:00 PM Staff Computers: 8:00 PM Teaching Lab Computers: 11:00 PM

These updates will result in a reboot. Any user wishing to avoid the automatic reboot must manually install the updates and reboot their computer before the scheduled installation. Only computers that have not already installed the updates and rebooted will reboot.
The reboots will occur tomorrow, according the following schedule:
- Research Computers: 3:00 PM
- Faculty Computers: 4:00 PM
- Staff Computers: 8:00 PM
- Teaching Lab Computers: 11:00 PM
