They have on site folks in this area everyday to service N&O and Blue Cross but are based out of Winston Salem. Several folks have had good luck with them doing on site repairs. Talk to Margrette at 1-800-467-9820. Many folks I have talked to have had negative results with the local repair shops. You may have a different experience.
Please, look around and choose wisely. Ask around and see what others think of them. Sometimes an extra ten dollars goes toward better service.
