Analytical Modeling Lab

The Analytical Modeling Lab contains 30 student workstations in order to accommodate courses with larger class sizes. Each workstation runs Red Hat's Enterprise Linux distribution and contains powerful current-generation hardware and the maximum amount of system memory, providing students with powerful and efficient machines to use for programming and simulation.

The Analytical Modeling Lab serves those courses that require powerful hardware and software for simulation, analysis, and design. Due to this, this lab is unique in that it supports nearly all topics and research areas within the Electrical and Computering Engineering department. Students gain experience with software and techniques used across numerous fields of engineering and will make use of this knowledge in future courses and potentially their own careers.
