1030 is currently being used for a special elective class where students learn to create electronics. Each workstation in this lab has an oscilloscope for each student to use. The work tables are large enough for students to work in groups, and the room is setup to allow students to work in groups and help each other out.

The '''Experimental Circuits Lab''' provides workspace, tools, and storage needed for those courses that provide students with a more practical experience in electrical engineering. Nine heavy-duty workbenches provide space for students to work alone or in teams, and the lab's open arrangement allows for instructors to easily move between stations to provide support and instruction.  Upper shelving for each worktable as well as lockers provides ample storage for tools, materials, and projects, and the lab also provides a drill press station for student projects.

Currently, the Experimental Circuits Lab hosts a special topics class that provides students the opportunity to build and test circuits in a laboratory setting.  Students improve their problem-solving and project management skills and learn to apply knowledge and skills from previous courses to complete a series of laboratory projects.  Additionally, the course requires students to explore their own interests and choose a project that fits those interests, providing students a more personal and self directed learning experience.

Experimental Circuits Lab

The Experimental Circuits Lab provides workspace, tools, and storage needed for those courses that provide students with a more practical experience in electrical engineering. Nine heavy-duty workbenches provide space for students to work alone or in teams, and the lab's open arrangement allows for instructors to easily move between stations to provide support and instruction. Upper shelving for each worktable as well as lockers provides ample storage for tools, materials, and projects, and the lab also provides a drill press station for student projects.
