Mechatronics is the study of electro-mechanical systems controlled by microcomputer technology. ECE 456 emphasizes the theory, design, and implementation of smart systems and the creation of closely coupled and integrated products and systems. Students will also be expected to synergistically integrate things like mechanics, information technology, microcontrollers and other components. Mechatronics Lab
The Mechatronics Lab is primarily used by the Mechatronics, Agent based Mechatronics systems, Advanced Mechatronics undergraduate and graduate-level courses. This lab is full of equipment to help any mechatronics student.
